KISHTWAR, Mar 11: Six persons were injured when the Maruti car they were traveling in rolled down along road side at Chanpura Hasti area on Hasti-Sarthal road.
As per police sources, a a Maruti 800 car bearing registration number JK02-5423 rolled down along road side at Chanpura Hasti area on Hasti-Sarthal road, resulting into injuries to six persons.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and started rescue operation with the help of locals.
All the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
The injured were identified as Nazir Ahmed, son of Abdullah, Abdul Wahid, son of Abdullah, Nissar Ahmad, son of Mohammad Hussain, Gulshna Begum, wife of Nissar Ahmed, Zoya Bano, daughter of Nissar Ahmed and Aliyza, daughter of Nissar.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Kishtwar Police Station and investigation started.
