SRINAGAR, Dec 14: Six persons were injured in two different road accidents in the Valley.
A police spokesman said five passengers were injured when a bus rearing registration number JK02N-6033 driven by Mohammad Ayoub Khan of Kargam which was on its way from Kupwara to Handwara fell into Lal Kul Canal near Nutnussa, Kupwara. All the injured were hospitalized
An unknown vehicle hit one auto load carrier bearing registration number JK01L-6381 driven by Tariq Ahmad Khan son of Manzoor Ahmad of Arizal, Budgam at Sangam Highway, resulting in injuries to Abdul Razaq son of Abdul Rehman of Srinagar who was travelling in the load carrier. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Bijbehara for treatment.
