JAMMU, Oct 17: IGP, IRP Jammu, Yoginder Kaul, today ordered promotion of 12 head constables, 52 selection grade constables and 1 constable of different battalions of IRP South Range Jammu, who were found eligible for INSITU-Promotions.
In a handout issued, IGP, IRP Jammu, Yoginder Kaul said that a board comprising of Deepak Kumar Slathia, SSP, CO IRP-7th Battalion, Rashmi Wazir, SSP, CO IRP-4th Battalion, HK Nazar, SP, DyCO IRP, 1st Battalion and ML Thakur, DySP, Staff Officer IR Jammu was constituted to ascertain the eligibility and suitability of ASI’s, HC’s and SgCt’s of various Battalions of IRP South Range Jammu for their INSTU promotion in the light of rules and regulations.
After board proceedings, 12 head constables, 52 selection grade constables and 1 constable were found eligible and promoted accordingly, he added.
