JAMMU/SRINAGAR/ LEH, Feb 6: The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir today reported 65 COVID positive cases while 88 patients recovered from the virus.
Fifteen COVID positive cases were today reported from Jammu region including nine in Jammu district, three Poonch, two Udhampur and one in Doda district. No fresh cases were reported from rest of the districts.
Thirty persons recovered from the virus, 15 of them in Udhampur district, 13 Jammu and one each in Rajouri and Poonch districts.
Jammu region now has 51637 Corona cases. Among them, 112 are active positives while 50803 have recovered and there have been 722 casualties in the region.
The Union Territory of Ladakh reported only one Corona positive case in Leh district.
Meanwhile, Kashmir today reported 50 fresh cases of COVID-19.
Those who tested positive include 26 from Srinagar, 2 Budgam, 10 Pulwama, 2 Kupwara, 5 Anantnag, 2 Ganderbal, 1 Kulgam and 02 from Shopian.
The number of positive cases in Kashmir division have reached to 73,213 including 71,472 recoveries and 1,222 deaths.
The total number of active cases in Jammu and Kashmir are 631 including 519 from Kashmir division.
With 88 more recoveries, the tally of total recoveries in Jammu and Kashmir has reached 122,275, which is 97.84 percent of the total cases.
