65 youth flagged off for Bharat Darshan Tour

JAMMU, June 7: In a series of ongoing programmes under CAP, District Police Jammu organised a Bharat Darshan Tour for youth which include 58 males and 7 females.
The tour was flagged off by ADGP Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh accompanied by SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli along with SP Headquarters Ramnish Gupta (Nodal Officer), SP Rural Sanjay Sharma, SP North Kulbir Handa, SP Operations Naresh Singh, SP City South Mamta Sharma, DySP DAR DPL Jammu KD Bhagat and SDPO South Sachit Sharma.
These youth will travel by air to Delhi and Bangalore and shall visit different historical locations and marvels of India.
This tour programme comes under Civic Action Plan (CAP) to enhance police public relation to a greater level of mutual participation and trust also it helps to synergise youth energy in a positive way.
The tour is a 5 day long Bharat Darshan Tour from Jammu to Delhi, Delhi to Bangalore and Bangalore to Jammu.
ADGP Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh and SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli while interacting with the students told them that it is an opportunity for them to enhance their knowledge and the programme is aimed upon the idea of unity in diversity.
Moreover, youths were also advised to avail such opportunities to enrich their knowledge by visiting historical places and marvels of country by exploring about their outstanding history.
