65th Gurmat Samagam organized at Batote

BATOTE, Aug 18: The 65th annual Gurmat Samagam was organized under the aegis of Mahant Manjit Singh, Head Dera Nangali Sahib, Poonch, at Yadgar Gurdwara Sant Mela Singh at Sant Rocha Singh Pura, Batote on Sunday.
On the occasion, Bhajan-Keertan was sung by the Ragi Jathas of Shri Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC), Jammu.
Harvinder Singh and Paramvir Singh from SGPC Amritsar besides ex-Jathedar Patna Sahib, Giani Iqbal Singh were among prominent Pracharaks who gave their Pravachans.
President, Jammu and Kashmir, Sikh Coordination Committee, Ajit Singh, DIG, Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban Range, Shridhar Patil and SSP, Ramban, Kulbir Singh were among prominent persons present on the occasion.
After Guru Granth Sahib Paath and Ardaas, langar was served to the devotees.
Started on July 11, series of as many as 117 Akhand Paath also simultaneously concluded on Sunday.
