POONCH, Nov 26: Seven Baratis were seriously injured when a Bolero vehicle, in which they were travelling, slipped into a gorge at Sawjian area of Mandi in Poonch today.
Official sources said that a Bolero vehicle carrying a marriage party from Barari area towards Degwar Poonch and bearing registration number JK12C-8618, met with accident near NT Office Sawjian, resulting into injuries to seven persons.

The injured were initially taken to SDH Mandi from where they were later shifted to District Hospital Poonch for advanced treatment.
The injured were identified as Mohd Qayoom (27), son of Mohd Afzal, Mohd Azeem (35) son of Mohd Hussain, Ghulam Mohd (40) son of Bashir Ahmed, Mohd Ayoob (48) son of Munir Hussain, Mohd Latief (62) son of Ghulam Mohd, Sajjad Ahmed (25) son of Farooq Ahmed and Haji Mohd Afzal (55), son of Haji Mohd Din, residents of Barari, Sawjian in Mandi.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch said that three injured were further referred to GMC Jammu and one to Srinagar for advance treatment.
