REASI, Sept 13: Reasi Police arrested a bovine smuggler and rescued seven animals, which were being taken to Kashmir.
Reports said that acting on a specific information at Special Police Post Balmatkote that some persons were on way to Kashmir alongwith bovine animals without any legal permission and had reached near Kharbas Loun Gali of Tehsil Mahore, a Police team from SPP Balmatkote rushed to the spot and rescued 7 bovine animals from the possession of accused person namely Mohd Hussain of Larh Mahore.
The accused person was arrested and in this connection, a case FIR No. 98/2015 U/S 188 RPC was also registered at Police Station Mahore.
