NOWSHERA, Sept 1: The police seized a vehicle loaded with seven bovine animals and arrested its driver in Lam area of Nowshera sector today.
A police spokesman said that a police party from PP Lam during naka intercepted a Tata Mobile vehicle no. JK11D/2488 and found seven bovine animals loaded in it. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and the vehicle seized.
A case FIR No. 176/ 2021 was registered against the driver Mohd Irfan, son of Mohd Rashif of Aitti village in Rajouri, for smuggling bovine animals.
