7-day police remand of another accused in spurious drug case

JAMMU, Apr 23: Forest Magistrate (Duty Magistrate) Jammu Adnan Sayed today granted seven days police remand of Amardeep Raina, one of the proprietors of the company which supplied the fake drugs.
The accused was produced before the Court of Forest Magistrate as the transits remand was about to expire today.
After hearing CPO Kulbhushan Sharma and one of the SIT members, the court granted seven days police remand of Amardeep Raina.
