Major reshuffle in judiciary

JAMMU, Dec 3: In a major reshuffle in the judiciary, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh UTs has ordered transfers and postings of 85 Judicial Officers including 7 District Judges, 30 Sub-Judges and 48 Munsiffs.
According to the order issued by Jawad Ahmed, Registrar General, Naseer Ahmad Dar, Ist Additional District Judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Principal District Judge Anantnag while as R S Jasrotia, Principal District Judge Leh has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Jammu and Riyaz-ul-Haq, Principal District Judge Kargil has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge Srinagar.
Deepak Sethi, CJM Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal District Judge Leh while as Sunil Sangra, CJM Handwara has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Budgam and Ashraf Khan, CJM Anantnag has been posted as First Additional District Judge Baramulla. Mohammad Rafiq Chat, CJM Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal District Judge Kargil.
R S Jasrotia will join before Registrar Judicial Jammu Wing of the High Court and shall remain attached till the retirement of KS Parihar, PO MACT Jammu on December 31, 2020 or till his deputation is cleared by the Government.
Javed Ahmad Geelani, Sub-Judge Vailoo has been transferred and posted as CJM Handwara, Ajay Kumar Gupta, CJM Samba has been posted as CJM Jammu, Mohd Ashraf Bhat, Sub-Judge Bijbehara has been transferred and posted as CJM Pulwama, Raja Mohd Tasleem, CJM Pulwama has been posted as CJM Anantnag and Bashir Ahmed Munshi, CJM Leh has been posted as CJM Udhampur.
Similarly, Vinod Kumar, Sub-Judge Nowshera has been transferred and posted as CJM Samba while as Spalzes Angmo, Secretary DLSA Leh has been posted as CJM Leh and Manzoor Ahmed Lone, CJM Kargil has been transferred and posted as Sub-Judge Baramulla.
Mir Wajahat, Additional Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Sub-Judge Bijbehara while as Adil Mushtaq, Munsiff Magam has been posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Anantnag and Fozia Paul, 3rd Munsiff Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Secretary DLSA Budgam.
Mehreen Mushtaq, Munsiff Chrar-e-Sharief has been transferred and posted as Secretary DLSA Kulgam while as Feroz Ahmad Wani, Munsiff Handwara has been posted as Secretary DLSA Shopian and Imran Hussain Wani, Munsiff Ukhral has been posted as Secretary DLSA Kishtwar.
Preet Simran Kour, Munsiff Jammu has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Udhampur, Fayaz Qureshi, Munsiff Anantnag has been posted as Judge Small Causes Srinagar, Umesh Sharma, Munsiff LRP HC has been posted as Joint Registrar Inspection, Sheikh Gowhar Hussain, Munsiff Dooru has been posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Pulwama, Jahangir Bakshi, DJMM(T) Sopore has been posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Budgam and Tabassum, City Munsiff Srinagar has been posted as Secretary DLSA Ganderbal.
Anjana Rajput Munsiff, Sunderbani has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate, Kathua, Munish Kumar Manhas, Munsiff Kishtwar has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Bhaderwah, Geeta Kumari, Munsiff R S Pura has been posted as Sub Judge Nowshera and Surinder Kumar Thapa, Addl. MM, R S Pura has been transferred and posted as Secretary, DLSA, Rajouri.
Raj Kumar, Munsiff Mendhar has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Rajouri, Manzoor Hussain, Munsiff Kangan has been posted as Sub Judge Vailoo, Sarfaraz Nawaz, Munsiff Gool has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate, Poonch, Javed Rana, DJMM (T), Poonch has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate Trehgam, Wajahat Hussain Qazmi, DJMM (T) Anantnag has been transferred and posted as Secretary DLSA, Poonch and Tsewang Phuntsog, Munsiff Drass has been transferred and posted as CJM Kargil.
