7 hurt in Army truck, Tata Magic collision

RAJOURI, June 9: At least seven persons were injured when an Army truck and Tata Magic passenger vehicle collided near Dangri in Rajouri this evening.
Official sources said that today at about 1630 hrs a Tata Magic bearing registration No. JK11A- 7307, on way to Rajouri from Dangari collided with an Army vehicle at Jamola, resulting into injuries to seven persons on board.
The injured were removed to district Hospital, Rajouri. They were identified as Parveen Akhter, wife of Amin Shah; Abdul Ghani, son of Makana; Liaqat Hussain, son of Mohd Hussain, all hailing from Badhoon; Kaniaz Akhtar, wife of Mohd Rafi; Uzma Akhtar, wife of Mohd Ashrif from Ladote in Jamola; Amar Nath, son of Sant Ram from Badhoon and Abdul Gafoor, son of Nazam Din from Rehan in Kotranka. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
