7 injured in grenade attack

SRINAGAR, Aug 8:
Militants tonight hurled a grenade at a police station in Baramulla district injuring seven people, including four policemen.
The ultras threw the grenade at Pattan Police Station, minutes after breaking the Ramzan fast, a police spokesman said.
Four policemen and three civilians were wounded in the grenade attack, he said, adding that they were admitted to a hospital.
No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
On Thursday and Friday last, militants hurled grenades at security installations in Sopore, Kupwara and Srinagar. (PTI)
