7 injured in road accidents

RAJOURI, July 23:  Seven persons were injured, three of them seriously in three separate road accidents in Nowshera and Mendhar area today.
A police spokesman said that three members of  a family were injured when a Maruti Wagn’R bearing registration No. JK-12/5891 was hit against a tree on the road side  in Narian area of Nowshera today. They were on way to Jammu from Poonch.  All the injured were shifted to  Sub-District Hospital, Nowshera where doctors provided them treatment and then referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu.
The victims were identified as Gurbachan Singh, Krishan Singh, son of  Jaswant Singh  and Aman Singh, Gurbachan’s son, all residents of  Poonch.
Two persons were injured after a Tavera vehicle (JK-12/4768) collided with a bus (JK02AM/0247),  near Lamberi today. The injured identified as Munshi Ram, son of  Krishan Lal, resident of  Dannak, Nowshera and Kouser Bi, wife of  Mehmood from Mendhar. They were shifted to Nowshera hospital.
Meanwhile, a lady SPO and her relative were injured when a bike skidded off the road and fell into a gorge near  Fagwari Galla in Mendhar area today. Identified as Fatima Kouser, wife of Kabir Hussain Shah,  residents of Darana, both were removed to Mendhar hospital.
