SAMBA, June 15: Seven people were injured after a matador bearing registration number JK 21 A 2195 rolled down at Smailpur road near Dainik Jagran Office, Bari Brahmana near here ,today.
Out of seven passengers injured in the accident three are serious. They were first taken to local hospital for treatment wherefrom the four were discharged after first aid while three serious passengers were referred to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment. They have been identified as Sham Lal, S/o Mohan Lal of Satwari, Deep Kumar, S/o Krishan Lal of Jeevan Nagar, Rakesh Kumar, S/o Ravinder Kumar also of Jeevan Nagar, Jammu. The Bari Brahmana Police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law in this regard.
The matador was on way from Four Number factory, Smailpur to Jammu.
