POONCH, Oct 27: District administration Poonch here today demolished 7 shops and a Patwar Khana building for the beautification work of Poonch Fort.
Sources informed that notices were served well in advance to the people occupying the shops to evict the same for the beautification work of the Fort.
The demolition drive took place in the presence of a heavy posse of police and it was carried out peacefully.
