JAMMU, Aug 21: Ashutosh Sharma, a well-known classical singer, along with his followers, captivated the devotees with their heartfelt hymns during the 7th Bhajan Sandhya, which took place here today as part of the ongoing Sawan Mahotsav at Panjvaktra Mahadev Temple.
Ashutosh began Bhajan Sandhya with Ganesh Vandna, initiating a swell of devotional mood in the audience. He elevated it to spiritual ecstasy by singing Bhajans of Lord Ram, Lord Krishna and Mahadev. The rendition of Bhajans by Ashutosh supported in form of chorus by Deepak, Mukteshi, Mohit Sharma, Pranav Sharma, Rahul Sharma and others, including little Master Laadu, created a unique synergy mesmerising devotees weaving a magical spell and spiritual euphoria.
Brilliant support and performance by Guru Parshotam, on Pakhwaj, Rakesh Anand on flute, Pankaj Pradhan on Harmonium and Vinay on Tabla spell bound the devotees.
The ongoing Sawan Mahotsav, being held for the very first time at the enchanting Panjvaktra Mahadev Temple, has evoked a profound sense of spiritual devotion among its attendees.
