UDHAMPUR, Feb 25: In a shocking incident, a seventh class student committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in village Marta, A/P Nimbla in Ramnagar.
According to the police report, Tushar Sharma (13), son of Pawan Kumar, resident of Marta A/P Nimbla, Tehsil Ramnagar, was found hanging from ceiling fan hook in his house.
Family members who saw him hanging, immediately called the Police Station Ramnagar after which a Police teach rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar.
After the post-mortem and other legal formalities, the body was handed over to the family members for last rites.
Cause of provocation behind extreme step by the minor boy could not be immediately ascertained while Ramnagar Police have registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
