JAMMU, Sept 22: State Bank of India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 8 Boundaries Builders Pvt Ltd for their project “Safa Valley” for providing hassle free home loans to the customers being constructed at Bathindi in Jammu.
Amir Suharwardy,  General Manager, 8 Boundaries, said that the motto of  8 Boundaries  is to provide housing facilities with international standards and this couldn’t have been possible if SBI didn’t support us in collaborating and for acknowledging our efforts to make this dream  possible.
Awadhesh Kumar Singh, Deputy General Manager State Bank of India J&K Module while speaking on the occasion said that the tie- up has been done with an objective to increase the Home Loan portfolio of the Bank and to give a boost to the affordable housing with a good network of branches across India, and outside country.  Mr  Singh further said that by signing the MoU State Bank of India, Country’s leading public sector bank, have desired to providing hassle free finance to public for purchasing of these flats in ‘Safa Valley’ residential apartments at Bathindi in Jammu.
Vote of thanks was presented by  Rajesh Anand , Regional Manager, RBO -2  Jammu. Among others present on the occasion included  Rajesh Kumar (ED), AK Dulloo (FH) 8 Boundaries Builders, IK Raina CM Rural RBP-2 and  BK Wantoo, Senior Marketing Executive of RBO-2 Jammu.
