JAMMU, Dec 18: Issuing two separate orders, the Government today promoted eight IFS officers to the next higher rank.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary addition of three posts of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in the Above Super Time Scale – Level 15 of pay matrix in terms of proviso second below sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of IFS Cadre Rules, 1966 to the IFS cadre of Jammu & Kashmir for a period of two years,” said an order issued by the Government.
According to the order, four IFS officers including BM Sharma (JK:1995), T Rabi Kumar (JK:1995), Sandeep Kujur (JK:1995) and SFA Gillani (JK:1995) have been promoted to the post of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests with effect from 01-01-2020.
Issuing another order, Government also promoted four IFS officers to the post of Conservator of Forests (Super Time Scale-I) – Level 13A of pay matrix. The promotes include IFS officer Dr K Anandh (JK:2004), Dr VS Senthil Kumar (JK:2005), Dr MK Kumar (JK:2006) and Irfan Rasool Wani (JK:2006).
While Dr Anandh and Dr Senthil have given effect from 01-01-2018 and 01-01-2019 (on proforma basis) respectively, Dr MK Kumar and Irfan Rasool Wani have been given effect from 01-01-2020.
