Srinagar, Mar 1: On a day when schools reopened across Kashmir after a long break, eight school children were injured in a road accident in Budgam district of Central Kashmir this morning, police said.
A police spokesman said school Bus of Al-Noor English Medium School Waripora Magam skidded off the road at Waripora in Magam area of Budgam district, resulting in minor injuries to eight children, boarding the bus.
“The injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital Magam for medical treatment and were later discharged after first aid,” he added.
