RAJOURI, Mar 26: The Excise team seized 80 kg of Lahan and 5 liters of illicit liquor and arrested one person in district Rajouri today.
Official sources said that Excise team from Rajouri-Poonch Range, conducted raids at different places including Doongi, Palma, Peeri and Muradpur today and arrested one person under Excise Act. He was identified as Deep Kumar, son of Ashok Kumar, resident of Doongi. 80 Kg Lahan was seized besides 5 ltrs country made liquor. Lahan was later destroyed. The team operated under the supervision of ETO Farooq Chodhary.
