JAMMU/SRINAGAR/ LEH, Feb 21: Eighty four persons today tested positive for COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir while 63 others recovered from the virus.
In Jammu region, 16 persons tested positive for Coronavirus including 11 in Jammu district, three Udhampur and one each in Rajouri and Samba districts.
Seven persons recovered in the Jammu region, all in Jammu district.
Jammu region now has 51858 Corona cases. Of them, 156 are active positives while 50977 have recovered from the virus and there have been 725 casualties in the region.
Meanwhile, 68 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Kashmir.
Srinagar reported 35 cases, Baramulla 13, Budgam 7, Pulwama 6, Anantnag 5, Kulgam 1 and Shopian 1.
Moreover, 63 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals including 56 from Kashmir Division.
Out of 125867 positive cases, 721 are active Positive, 123192 have recovered and 1954 have died including 1229 in Kashmir division.
Meanwhile, the UT of Ladakh today did not report any Coronoa cases. Ladakh now has 39 active positive cases.
