JAMMU, Dec 17: Bagh-e-Bahu police booked nine persons including a lady in land grabbing case.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Abid, son of Nasir Ahmed, a resident of Kacha Talab Bahu Fort stating that nine persons namely Shashi Devi, wife of Chaman Lal, Shakti Kumar, son of Dwarka Nath, Naresh Kumar and Nandu Kumar, both sons of Chaman Lal, all resident of Kacha Talab Bahu Fort, Baldev Raj, Des Raj, Ramesh Chander, Charanjit and Rajesh Kumar, all sons of Mani Ram and resident of Purnamdal grabbed his land.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 114/16 has been registered at Bagh-e-Bahu police station and investigation started.
