KATHUA, Oct 24: The nine -day long religious Samelan is underway at Nanath in Ghagwal area of Kathua district.
The Samelan started yesterday and a large number of devotees drawn form different parts of State and neighboring states are participating in it.
Swami Parmanand Giri Ji of Hardwar will deliver religious discourses during the Samelan for five days.
During the Samelan the marriage ceremonies of nine Hindu girls will be performed as per Hindu rituals and traditions by Swami Ji.
