UDHAMPUR, July 31: Nine labourers were injured when a Tavera vehicle, they were traveling in, rammed into a hillock on the roadside of National Highway, near Tikri, here today.
The vehicle, bearing registration number JK05B-7279, was on way from Kashmir to Jammu when it met with the accident. Police shifted the injured persons to Primary Health Center (PHC) Tikri, where doctors referred them to GMC Hospital Jammu.
The injured were identified as Tavera driver Arif (25) son of Sanoullah of Baramulla Kashmir and labourer Mohd Dilkash (20), son of Mohd Jmal Deen of Bengal, Nasiru Islam (27) son of Abdul Ajiz of Bengal, Mohd Julfikar Ali (39) son of Mohd Ashul Hak of Kolkata, Raji Guli Aslam (24) son of Abdul Khalid of Bengal, Mohd Hasim (19) son of Ribh Jamil of Bengal, Mohd Jmal (27) son of Bilal of Bengal, Anbar Khan (23) son of Ansul of Bengal and Dil Bar (18) son of Mohd Jmal Din of Bengal.
