Srinagar, Oct 5: Nine persons were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said in a collision between an Alto car JK01T/1065 and a Maruti car Jk01E/3637 near Ahmad’s Hospital, six persons travelling in these vehicles were injured.
The spokesman said a motorcycle rider and his pillion was injured when a Truck Jk03B/3954 hit a motorcycle JK04A/9243 at Goriwan Chowk at Bijbehara in district Anantnag. Both the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
In another accident, a Maruti car Jk01H/1765 hit and injured a pedestrian, Ghulam Mohammad Bhat son of Sonaullah of Kalamdanpora at Siraj Bazar, Zaina-Kadal.
Police has registered cases in these accidents, the spokesman said.
