REASI, Nov 13: Nine Shivkhori pilgrims were injured when their bus collided with a minibus on Reasi-Katra road, today.
The accident took place at Kala Morh when the bus (JK02CK – 9237) carrying around 40 Shivkhori pilgrims from Uttar Pradesh, collided head on with a minibus (JK02AE-3618), without passengers.
The bus, carrying pilgrims from Sitapur in UP, was going from Katra towards Shivkhori. The injured were taken to District Hospital Reasi for treatment and condition of all of them was stated to be stable. Click here to watch video
Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Vishesh Paul Mahajan personally supervised the shifting of pilgrims to hospital. The injured were identified as Ram Milan (41) son of Badlu, Dinesh Kumar(38), son of Suresh Chandra, Pooja(34), wife of Dinesh Kumar, Neitik(10), son of Dinesh Kumar, Adarsh Dwivedi (13), son of Santosh Dwivedi, Lakshmi Devi (31), daughter of Rakesh Kumar, Poonam (40), wife of Rakesh Kumar, Kanchan (25), wife of Dinesh Kumar and Shivam (11), son of Ram Kumar.
