JAMMU, Oct 2: A 90-year-old person was killed in a road accident at Bishnah area of the winter capital.
As per reports, 90-year-old Shanker Dass, son of Sunder Dass of Dabbar, Bishnah, was crossing the road, when a speedy motorcycle hit him. He was shifted to nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
The body was handed over to legal heirs after autopsy, while, the accused driver has been arrested.
A case has been registered and investigation started.
