JAMMU, Feb 26: Electric Sub Division-I of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL), Gandhi Nagar, Jammu today disconnected 92 connections of defaulters.
The Enforcement team headed by Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) along with Assistant Engineer, Feeder Managers and other field staff conducted inspections in Bahu Plaza, Nanak Nagar, Sainik Colony, Channi Himmat and Narwal sections, under supervision of Executive Engineer, Electric Division-II.
During the inspections, the team disconnected 92 electric connections of defaulters and also recovered outstanding arrears of Rs 46,64,943. Further, the team appealed the public to cooperate with JPDCL and pay their monthly bills on or before due date along with outstanding arrears, if any.
