JAMMU/SRINAGAR/ LEH, Oct 10: Ninety nine persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir today while only one fresh case was reported in Ladakh.
Eighty five cases were reported in Kashmir and 14 in Jammu.
Among 14 cases, six were registered in Jammu district, four in Poonch, two Udhampur and one each in Rajouri and Samba districts. Rest of the districts in the Jammu region didn’t report any new cases.
With 28 persons recovering from the virus, Jammu region now has 282 active positive cases.
Lone COVID positive case in the Union Territory of Ladakh was recorded in Leh district.
Jammu region now has 55 active positive cases including 52 in Leh and three in Kargil district.
