9th Batch Pre-Induction Training for CRPF personnel commences

JAMMU, Nov 27: The 9th Batch Pre-Induction Training for personnel of Jammu Sector Battalions of CRPF commenced at Zonal Training Centre (ZTC) Nagrota, here today.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by A Padma Kumar, Commandant 33 Battalion CRPF.
The aim of this training is to acquaint the personnel newly inducted in J&K about the security scenario prevailing in the state and to prepare them to handle the unique law & order problems of J&K effectively within the ambit of law. Special focus during the training would be to devise ways and means to deal with militant attacks and offensive protest by unruly mobs through case studies, participative discussion and experience sharing by experienced officers and prominent guest lecturers. The essence of endeavor is to refresh their knowledge of minor tactics and expertise on newly inducted equipments.
While concluding the ceremony, A Padma Kumar, Commandant 33 Battalion CRPF advised all the trainees to attend the training programs sincerely and learn as much as possible from the training so that the objective of the training could be achieved.
Among others present were DK Jha Second-in-Command CRPF Range Hiranagar, Anil Kumar Second-in-Command 166 Battalion CRPF, Shyam Gopal Gupta, Medical Officer Group Centre CRPF Hiranagar, Hari Joseph Assistant Comma-ndant 33 Battalion CRPF, Azar Mohammad Assistant Comma-ndant (Training) and Apurba Vishwas Assistant Comma-ndant Group Centre CRPF Hiranagar.
