JAMMU, July 22: Some employees of JAKFED staged a protest demonstration and demanded release of their 11 months salaries.
In a handout these employees claimed that after the winding up of JAKFED following a Government order last year there were 167 employees with JAKFED.
They claimed that of these 90 employees were adjusted in other Government departments on deputation basis while 77 were left.
“While those 90 employees are getting regular salaries the left over 77 have not received their salaries for the last 11 months,” they claimed demanding salaries for those 11 months and their adjustment in some Government department.
