RAJOURI, July 23: Police today nabbed a man who was wanted in a criminal case by Thannamandi police but was evading his arrest for the last around one year.
Accused has been identified as Shamas Din, son of Noor Hussain, resident of Majhoor, Rajdhani in Thannamandi.
Police said that man was booked and wanted in a case that was registered under Sections 354, 504, 506 RPC in Police Station and was evading arrest.
“On Thursday evening, a team of police headed by Incharge Police Post Chatyar Chingus, SI Sukhvir Singh under the supervision of Station House Officer Rajouri, Sameer Jillani raided a suspected location and nabbed the accused,” police added.
