SAMBA, July 23: A domestic violence case was registered against five people at Police Station, Bari Brahmana in district Samba here, today.
According to the Police today one female namely Pooja Devi, wife of Shammi resident of House No.40, Ward Number 4 Rajeev Colony, Bari Brahmana came in Bari Brahmana Police Station and lodged a written complaint against the five person namely Des Raj, Neelam Devi, Des Raj, Priya Shummy and Neha daughter of Des Raj in connection with domestic violence issue.
Accordingly a case vide FIR No.157/20 U/S 498,427,3 23, 504, 100 IPC and Section 3 Prevention of Women against Domestic Violence Act dated 23/07/20 has been registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana in this context and investigation started.
