Srinagar, July 26: Member Parliament and a leader of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Nazir Ahmad Laway, today hinted at floating his party to solve their issues confronted by the people.
Talking to Excelsior, Laway said that this is how the politics work-parties keep on coming to the fore.
“Parties come and go, what remains is that one should be able to address the issues that the public is facing,” he said.
He added that there is nothing new if anyone floats a new political party. “Here, we have got issues and your strength makes you capable of solving such issues more effectively,” he said.
When asked about when the party will be launched, he said it will be announced formally but it is a long process and will take some more time.
“The process is on for taking on board like-minded people and try to address the issues that people are facing,” he said.
When asked about how many people have already joined him or are willing to join him if he floats a new party, he said such things are kept as secret and will be declared when the formation of the party is formally announced.
