JAMMU, Aug 11: In a petition seeking CBI/ACB enquiry in alleged MGNREGA scam in Marwah block of Kishtwar, High Court has issued notices to Secretary Rural Development Department, Director RDD Jammu, Director Anti-Corruption Bureau and others.
Advocate A K Sawhney appearing for the petitioner submitted before the court through video conference that several documents clearly reveal that fraud has been committed in 12 Panchayats.
After considering the submissions of counsel for the petitioner, the DB issued notices to Secretary, Rural Development Department, Director RDD Jammu and Director Anti-Corruption Bureau.
