JAMMU, Aug 17: A doctor and an attendant clashed today with each other in cancer OPD at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu.
According to the reports, an attendant and a doctor identified as Sunny Jandial (contractual lecturer) engaged in a verbal duel with each other during cancer OPD this afternoon and allegedly assaulted each other with fists.
Other staff of the hospital intervened and pacified them after which senior doctors tried to settle the issue but both the doctor and the attendant lodged written complaint against each other in police station Bakshi Nagar.
However, as per SHO Bakshi Nagar, Inspector Manjeet Singh, no formal complaint was registered in the case.
