NEW DELHI, Apr 20: The THDC India Ltd (THDCIL) has been conferred a gold medal for evolving Best HR Strategy by a green tech foundation at Goa.
Mr S K Biswas, Director (Personnel), THDCIL received the award from Lok Sabha MP Shripad Y Naik in a glittering 3rd Prize Distribution Ceremony organised by Greentech Foundation held late last night at Cidade de Goa Resort, Goa.
Receiving the award, Mr Biswas expressed happiness at receiving the award and stated that Corporation’s polices and strategies are being recognised and appreciated in the corporate world.
THDCIL is one of the premier hydro power generators in the country with installed capacity of 1400 MW with commissioning of Tehri and Koteshwar Dam to its credit and is bestowed with ‘Mini Ratna-Category-I & Schedule ‘A’ Status.
