Shiv Sena flays Farooq for statement on Art 370

JAMMU, Aug 22: Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray J&K Unit condemned the statement of NC chief, Dr Farooq Abdullah wherein the NC leader had claimed that to win the hearts of Kashmiris, government should restore Article 370.
Addressing a press conference here today, Shiv Sena J&K president, Manish Sahni said, Article 370 is now a history and people of J&K have accepted its revocation.
He further said that National Conference doesn’t have any concrete agenda and has started rekindle the flame of 370.
Sahni said, since 1947, National Conference was in power in J&K in one form or another but it always failed to deliver what was expected from it and did nothing for the people of J&K.
The Shiv Sena leader claimed that NC leaders enjoyed power on the name of Article 370 and now they are living in same world which can’t be materialised.
Accusing central leaders of BJP for doing nothing in J&K as promised, Sahni said that no development and employment has been seen in J&K after the revocation of Article 370.
He said, the people of both the regions of J&K should come together to raise their voice for their rights and to establish the regime that would work for them.
Shiv Sena Women Wing president, Meenakshi Chibber; Working President, Ashwani Gupta; General Secretary, Vikas Bakshi; Secretary, Raj Singh and Raju Salaria were also present in the press conference.
