REASI, Aug 23: Two persons died and three others of a family were critically injured when their car, they were travelling in, rolled down in a deep gorge at Daggan Top in Mahore area, late this evening.
The family, travelling in a brand new Echo car without registration number, was on way from Gool to Judda when driver could not negotiate a sharp curve because of dense fog resulting into the accident around 8 pm.
The car rolled down more than 60 feet deep near Budhan area, resulting into on the spot death of driver among two persons. The deceased were identified as Reyaz Ahmed (driver), son of Essa, resident of Dimi Budhan and Samina Akhter, wife of Mohd Shakeel of Judda Arnas.
Husband of the deceased woman and her two minor daughters sustained serious injuries in the accident and they were shifted to CHC Mahore. They were identified as Mohd Shakeel, son of Showket Ali of Judda Tehsil Arnas and daughters Myra (age 6 yr) and Mehar (age 8 months).
