Sharma invited to national level art camp

JAMMU, Apr 20: O P Sharma, a well known painter and lens man of the state has been invited to National level Artist Camp being organized by India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. (ITDC) in collaboration with A P Tourism Development Corporation Ltd at New Delhi.
The six days long artists camp was inaugurated today by Lalit Pawar, Chairman & Managing Director, ITDC at Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi.
Sixteen artists from all over the country are participating in this camp. Prominent among them are V S Rahi, N. Delhi, Chandana Khan, Hyderabad; Harish Kumar, N. Delhi; Vignan Vrat, Noida; Sanjay Mazumdar, Kolkotta; Bhavna, N. Delhi; Gautam Sarkar, Kolkotta and Nagesh Gaud, Hyderabad.
It may be recalled that O P Sharma has recently displayed his talent of painting and photography in two solo art exhibitions at Jammu and the photography show was inaugurated by the First Lady of J&K, Mrs. Usha Vohra in the presence of N N Vohra, Governor of the state. The exhibitions have been received with great enthusiasm by the intellectuals, public and media of the State.
