JAMMU, Aug 26: A man has been booked for hurting religious sentiments of a particular community.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Sudershan Singh Wazir of Sector 6 with Bahu Fort Police Station stating that a person namely Saabi Kaaka has created and circulated a post on social media wherein he created a photograph of Guru Gobind Singh with malicious contents.
The post is highly objectionable which has been posted with malicious intention of outraging the religious feelings of Sikh community, the complainant stated.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 213/2020 under sections 153-A, 295-A and 505 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
