JAMMU, Apr 21: The Varshik Maha Yagya was solemnized by Hitkari Ashram Mahend Kashmir at Dhok Wazira Nagrota near here today under the supervision of Swami Dwarika Nath Ji.
The Maha Yagya started yesterday evening and Puran Ahuti was performed this afternoon. This was followed by serving of prashad to devotees. A large number of devotees from Nagrota and Jammu attended the religious function.
Swami Kumar Ji of Geeta Satsang Ashram and other prominent persons also attended the function. Swami Dwarika Nath Ji gave religious discourses on the occasion. The Bhajan Kirtan was also held.
The devotees demanded construction of road from Nagrota to Ashram.
