UDHAMPUR, Sept 3: The Board of Directors (BoDs) of Devika Urban Cooperative Bank Limited, Udhampur has been formed.
An introductory meeting of newly elected BoDs of DUCBL was held during which the BoDs unanimously elected RD Gupta as Chairman of the Bank and SC Abrol as Vice Chairman. The newly elected Board resolved to immediately disburse the dividends of the last four years (which was due to be paid) to the shareholders of the Bank.
Moreover, the Board of Directors resolved to work for the development and expansion of the Bank and in this regard the Chief Executive Officer to look out and make the survey for opening of few more branches within the area of operation of the Bank i.e. Udhampur and Reasi districts.
The meeting was attended by newly appointed members namely RD Gupta, SC Abrol, Bansi Lal Gupta, Diwakar Gupta and Rakesh Gupta in the presence of Chief Executive officer Rakesh Sharma and Admn manager Rajib Mohan Sharma.
