SAMBA, Sept 10: An ex Panch and present Panch today clashed over a land dispute in Sumb block of Samba district and ex panch was seriously injured after he was attacked by Panch, Tarseem Lal.
As per reports, there was a dispute between the existing Panch, Tarsem Lal and the former Panch, Ramesh Lal in the village Sumba of Samba district. As both of them clashed and during the quarrel, former Panch Ramesh Lal got serious injuries. The injured Panch was rushed to Sumb Primary Health Centre where from he was referred to Samba District Hospital.
The local Sarpanch, Suraj Prakash Verma said that there was a dispute over land between Panch and former Panch. Both of them clashed and Panch inflicted serious injuries on ex Panch. He demanded that strict action be taken against the guilty Panch.The Samba police has taken the cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
