SAMBA, Sept 10: Police Station Purmandal has reunited the two astrayed minors with their family today.
Police said that information was received at Police Station (PS), Purmandal that two minors including a boy and girl who happen to be brother sister duo have been roaming at Bus Stand Purmandal.
Acting on the information, a police party of PS Purmandal reached the spot, traced the minors and brought them safely at PS Purmandal. On questioning about their identity, the minors divulged their names as Gorav Sahu, S/o Narayana Sahu and Nandni Sahu, D/o Narayana Sahu both R/O Uttar Pardesh A/P Janipur, Jammu. Later it came to be known that both the minors are brother & sister and were lost while traveling to their grandmother’s (Nani’s) house.
Immediately SHO PS Purmandal established contact to their relative who later reached at PS Purmandal to identify the minors.
After proper verification and completion of all legal formalities, the minors have been handed over to their legal heir. The family members complimented the Police for their arduous effort.
