JAMMU, Sept 27: The SR College of Competitions (SRCC) today held a detailed workshop on important aspects of History and Culture with focus on UPSC and JKPSC examinations.
The expert faculty discussed in length the contents of the syllabus with the Civil Services aspirants in a digital mode.
“The faculty of History discussed the subject with regard to both preliminary and mains examinations and guided the students about books and related study material,” informed Centre Head of SRCC Jammu, Praful Sharma.
Since History has a wide range of study material available both on digital platform and subject books, the experienced faculty suggested the students how to approach various sources to achieve the desired results.
He (faculty) also discussed the old question papers with the students and named the books to be read for each component of the History.
