JAMMU, Apr 24: State president of  Bahujan Samaj Party,  Tulsi Dass Langeh today said that J&K State was      totally dependent on the Centre as having revenue of Rs just Rs 6500 crore from all sources it is spending Rs 13,500 crore on the salaries of the employees.
Addressing party workers meeting at Channi Manhasan near Swankha Morh in Vijaypur constituency today, the BSP leader said that apart from paying Rs 13,500 crore as salaries annually, the State is also spending Rs 1500 crore on pension of the retired employees, against the annual income of Rs 6500 crore. It clearly indicates that State was fully dependant on the Central funding. Mr Langeh pointed out that if the Centre will stop these funding, the State will not be in position to pay even salaries to its employees.

He appealed the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand to take cognizance of the matter.
