JAMMU, Oct 4: Financial Commissioner Health and Medical Education Atal Dulloo has awarded Dr Jatinder Mehta, Nodal Officer COVID Control Room GMC Jammu, for his COVID management efforts.
Dulloo has described Dr Mehta as real hero of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir saying the Government values every single effort to save every life during challenging times.
He appreciated courage and strength shown by Dr Mehta in COVID management efforts at this critical juncture.
Dr Mehta, who has rich experience of nearly eight years working in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), was recently posted in the COVID Control Room of the GMC Jammu in addition to his duties in the National Health Mission for coordinating efforts to help patients suffering from the virus.
Dr Mehta has been working round-the-clock to coordinate between doctors and patients and do whatever possible to help people suffering from COVID-19.
